Cheering everywhere

The World Cup has started, at least to me. If you come to my house you will see the World Cup everywhere. From the flag on my window to my glasses you will find something related to the tournament. Therefore, it won’t be any difference if you check my computer. If you are just like me, you might like to have a Portugal’s wallpaper. FORÇA PORTUGAL!

Don’t mean to change the subject, but does anyone know what the deal is with all this sniping around Scolari and the NT? It just seems that all the hardcore Superliga commentators, most of whom never kicked a ball, are out to criticize Scolori and the squad. If it’s not the Queresma issue, it’s Pauleta or something else meaningless. I even heard a commentator on RTPi criticize the FPF for changing the team kit. Don’t they have anything more productive to say? I for one am glad we got rid of the puke green shorts.

I also like the new kits, although, just like all the other NIKE, they are kinda classic… The black (with gold linings) away kit is great, the new dark red is also great, and I also prefer the red shorts. The practice/training kit is the other way around – essentially green.

Scolari must have faced 100 times more pressure when in Brazil’s squad and with the Romario issue. Didn’t seem to hurt him in any way… ;-)

As we say in Portugal (translated), “the dogs bark and the car drives on…”
