Scolari asks refs to protect Ronaldo
Scolari again proved that he’s on point. In today’s media conference, he brought up the issue of how much abuse C. Ronaldo takes from opposing teams, insisting that if special attention is given to players like Ronaldinho, then Ronaldo also deserves some degree of protection.
Nice work Big Phil! Nothing wrong with prepping the referees too.

Bravo Big Phil! It’s important that Ronaldo is watched closely because his diving antics have faded over the past year or so and he is consistently fouled and persecuted by those less fortunate. God bless Scolari and God bless Cristiano.
Forca PORTUGAL!!!

If I understood it correctly it’s now forbiden to criticize the All mighty Scolari. Every little thing he says is gospel.
This is one of the things that pisses me off when debating about Portugal’s national squad , it all ends with find out who has the biggest nationalistic balls!
Let’s get one thing straight , I would support Portugal even if the coach was Bin Ladden ( okay maybe not, but you get the idea).
May I remind you that Portugal has lost with Greece!!!!
At home!!!!
With Greece!!!! They lost their next official game with Albania!!!!
Scolari isn’t beyond reproach.
C Roanldo(a player that I love ) isn’t beyond reproach, he’s been behaving like a Portuguese beckam. Football use to be a manly game , now it’s becaming a vanity show.

Personally, I think that is a smart move. Ronaldo can’t keep getting fouled. The stupid coaches send their little players to constantly beat on the best players, one definately being Ronaldo, and it isn’t fair. Tempers rise, and then no one is happy. Lets just hope we have some clean games going on here!

I think portugal and mexico are the teams that will advance to the second round.

Scorali has warned cristiano about his temper. I mean I should know from experience and from myself that poruguese people have got a temper problem. All Cristiano needs to do is calm himself and he’ll be fine.

Blue and Yellow UKR: don’t call the Angola players goons, please.
It’s not our fault everybody’s blond in Ukraine! Not everybody’s white (or brown, or red or yellow) in Portugal, nor in lots of other places in this world.

I am from Hrvatska (croatia) and im living in england and i support england. I think Cristiano Ronaldo is a Disgraceful to the beautiful game. He dives when anyone try make a contact and he run up to the referee to try persuade the referee to give the opponett a cards. How Disgraceful is that?? I can go on all day about him making a beautiful game to some so called Cheater Game. Im Deeply Upset because Ronaldo has won a lots of Haters
God Bless #Srahidybadr

I am a fan of Cristiano Ronaldo, He is Gorgeous.. But Now i Have realise how Gay and Annoying he can be.. yeah i agree with Srebjano! He is not a complete footballer, he is asking for some sympathy because he is not the best footballer and he is full of jealousy..handsome still but not man enough for me… My Nephew plays football weeks in weeks out and he get tackled hard lots but he just get on with it. Ronaldo would be crying if he was playing in My nephew match! Forget it Ronaldo isnt a amazing player, he is gay that call for attentions and want some sympathy! that is pathetic! Hope God will punish him for his Baby Girlish Acting..

Personally I think if you watch replays Ronaldo does dive. You can see him all the time trying to force cards and all that. Yes that is a style of football, but for me personally I’d like to see fair play. People will always back their players up, but if Ronaldo played for England. I’d still call him a diving little greasy inbred. Thx.

C. Ronaldo is a dead man. I never thought I’d say this, but come on France!

Put the Rooney thing aside. C. Ronaldo does dive an aweful lot when his repeated step over does not work. It is very anoying to watch. If you are that gifted, why flop. The flopping will only make more people hate you and more players try to hurt you. Whos coaching this guy?
