The Portuguese players were amused when they got to the National Stadium yesterday. The FPF gathered over 20,000 thousand women for a human flag. Even Figo turned to be “a littler anxious” with that and promised to reattribute with all the efforts. “I would like to thank everybody here and say that there is not only the bigger but also the most beautiful flag on the world” said Scolari. He also took the opportunity to say that he hopes to see the Portuguese flag in every window from now on. Man, I hate not being in Portugal in a time like these!

Indeed a beautiful flag. It is now up in my window with the slogan, “A flag in the window, A nation on the pitch” below it. It will remain there until were are world champions.

That flag will stay up your window for a very long time. Maybe in 2018 Portugal could become champions

I totaly agree, and am also sorry i’m not in Portugal to view it, the Portuguese fans are many and everywhere in the world together we stand united no matter what place they come in they are still the best to me and i’ll support them anytime no matter what, a win would be so sweet and we will all have a taste to many wins in this WORLD CUP. PORTUGAL A RUMO DA VITORIA IN 2006!!!!!

That was a beautiful sight to see. O orgulho do nosso povo, A nação valente,imortal. We may be small but we are mighty and we have a seleção army across the world. Lets all carry the flag with pride. If we cannot hang it on our windows lets carry the flag in or hearts and our sleeves. We are Portuguese and we rock!
